For years, my partner has been looking for that one best soap for the skin. His grandma had dry skin then. Every soap she tried caused her to feel itchyness and she had some skin irritation after showering. After years of research and experiments, we found the perfect concentration of each raw ingredient that ultimately cured her skin dryness; thus, the vanilla-colored hypoallergenic oatmeal bar was born.
We shared this oatmeal soap to friends who shared with their friends, and so on... That’s when our business started. We created other soap variants that are all hypoallergenic – tea tree (antibacterial), papaya (skin lightening), carrot body & shampoo bar (soothing & moisturizing), sulfur (anti-pimple), and activated charcoal body and shampoo bar (deep cleanse, detox).
It gives me joy to enlighten people that going all-natural and taking care of your body doesn’t have to be expensive. Locally produced or sourced doesn’t mean it’s not good quality. Our products are very affordable yet considerably very effective and of high quality in the market. Working together with and providing our products to over 30 partner stores also provide me a deep sense of fulfillment.
I’m delighted to add that for our refills of home and body essentials, we only sell them in big refills or refillable pump bottles. They are in 750ml or 1 liter, 1 gallon, or the very big carboy sizes. This is our main advocacy. Since these are used frequently, we want to eliminate the sachet culture in the country by lessening small packaging wastes. Our refilleries in partner stores also advocate zero waste as customers bring in their own repurposed bottles and fill them with dishwashing, laundry liquid, fabric conditioner, kitchen and toilet cleaner, or hand soap and sanitizer.
