Mad About Herbs is exactly what it says on the cover: a love for all things nice and herby. The company started in 2016 after a marriage and sudden move to the suburbs. Provincial life has a lot of perks, and one of them is the luxury of having tons of extra space to use. Guess what the founders used it for? That’s right. Herbs. All the good stuff.
Why herbs though? Good question. Cooking is one of life’s great passions. A little salt and pepper is enough to color your palate to taste, but when the herbs kick in you know it’s serious. The possibilities become near-endless. What started as a passing interest in gardening soon lead to beautifully composed takes on chili garlic, herbed Himalayan salt, and spiced coconut vinegar.
