Pesto Sardine Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 tsp. salt
- 250g Fusilli Semolina Pasta - Carrots (Plant-based, Vegan)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic (diced)
- 1 can of Capitan Del Mar Spanish Style Sardines in Soybean Oil
- 1/4 cup of Pesto Sauce
- Grated cheese for toppings (optional)

Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water to boil with 2 tsp. salt.
2. Add pasta to boiling water and stir. Cook your pasta until al dente, about 6-7 minutes.
3. Drain pasta and set aside.
4. In a medium pan, add 2 tbsp. olive oil.
5. Add diced garlic and sautée until fragrant.
6. Add 1 can of Capitan Del Mar Spanish Style Sardines in Soybean Oil and break them up with a spoon. Cook for about 1 minute.
7. Add 1/4 cup of Pesto Sauce and stir until everything is combined.
8. Put your pasta in a bowl, top it with the Pesto Sardine Sauce and mix well.
9. Add grated cheese to top your pasta before serving. ❤️
