JA Lees Farms is the manufacturer of a healthy alternative snack food known as and marketed under the name of "JA Lees Farms Mushroom Chicharon." The company has been in existence since April 2015 and in that time has seen significant growth and continues to reach an ever expanding market of discerning snackers.
Prior to the creation of JA Lees Farms our family were growers of vegetables and more specifically Organic Oyster mushrooms on our small farm in Indang, supplying the wholesale vegetable trade.
CEO, Jeannie Lees, however was convinced that there was an opening in the snack market in the Philippines particularly a snack that would appeal to the large numbers of health conscious people that is ever increasing.
To that end she spent several months designing and perfecting what is now JA Lees Mushroom Chicharon. Our first venture into the market was via our bazaar in the Weekend Gourmet Market in SM Aura, Taguig which immediately met with an enthusiastic welcome and tremendous sales.
