Aldio Barako Coffee Liqueur
"San Jose, Batangas is a Philippine town where first coffee trees were planted in around 1750’s. For decades, it carried the famous coffee variety coffea liberica, commonly known worldwide as Kapeng Barako.
Aldio Food and Beverage aims to revitalize the production and promote the utilization of Kapeng Barako in San Jose and other neighboring towns and provinces to the rest of the world, being one of the only three countries, Malaysia, Ethiopia and Philippines, that cultivate such variety. Currently, only 1% of the world coffee production is liberica.
Aldio Food and Beverage is proud to introduce the newest coffee liqueur, Barako Coffee Liqueur, a rich, dark brown coffee liqueur made from the finest organic Liberica beans and fine spirits. Its robust flavor and aroma distinguishes it from the rest."
