I’ve been baking, crafting, gardening and selling my goods to friends and family for as long as I can remember. I always wanted to bake full-time but was too scared to leave my corporate job. But I finally took the leap early this year and started Ella Eats, which is named after my daughter and inspired by my passion to create something that will put a smile on people's faces.
Ella Eats doesn’t scrimp on quality ingredients at all. Everything is made in small batches and is never hurried.
The Caramel Apple Pie Jam, which is made from real apples and cinnamon, is the perfect spread to morning bread and afternoon pancakes.
The Pineapple Habanero Jam is also made from natural ingredients. In fact, I planted habanero peppers in my urban garden back in 2011 because I thought they looked cute on the seed packet. I ended up with a ton of habaneros and didn’t know what to do with them, so I experimented by making jam.
I then gave a few bottles to friends and family who ended up ordering dozens during the holidays! While I don’t use homegrown habaneros anymore, I still source them from local farmers, who grow them organically.
Want to add a little pizazz to your favorite dish or fill extra flavors to those delectable pastries? Ella Eats jams can do wonders!
