Carniceria Ecija Corporation (CEC) is a food company engaged in the sale of premium quality Filipino meat products.
Founded by brothers Greg and Christian Rivera, CEC started as a small shop in 2001 in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija serving local supermarkets as well as select institutional clients in Metro Manila. It has since evolved into a consumer product company under the name ECIJA Gourmet Filipino Delights, an invigorated brand on the back of the founders' Fil-Spanish heritage and their hometown's rich history of longaniza making.
