What is Karton?

Karton.ph is an e-commerce website that provides Filipino entrepreneurs an alternative platform to sell their products while providing shoppers with a hassle-free online buying experience.

We believe in the importance of highlighting the hard work of Filipino entrepreneurs behind the business, which is why the website emphasizes Seller Stories so that customers can learn about the human side of each business. As a purveyor of authentic Filipino products, Karton adds new offerings to the site regularly.

What kind of products does Karton carry?

Karton.ph has an amazing collection of local, handmade, and artisanal products and cuisine, carrying a wide array of Filipino products: pastries and sweets, beverages, bottled delicacies, health and wellness, beauty, and much more.

Whether you're looking for a little something for the home, or a rich culinary experience, we have something just for you!

Do I need to register with Karton to make a transaction?

There is no need to register with Karton.ph to complete transactions. You may buy products as a guest. If you choose to register upon checking out, your account details will be used to automatically fill your information for future transactions.

How do I register on Karton?

You can register via the "Sign Up" button found in the upper-right hand corner of the website. You can create an account using your email, Facebook, or Google account.

What are the benefits of having a Karton account?

As a valued Karton customer, you will be able to:

• Enjoy a hassle-free online shopping experience with easy payment options, on-time delivery and efficient customer service

How do I change my account details?

Once signed in, click the “Menu” button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Choose “My Profile” from the drop-down list. You will be redirected to your profile page, where you can edit all your account information.

How do I change my password?

Once signed in, click the “Menu” button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Choose “My Account” from the drop-down list. You will be redirected to your account security settings, where you can change your password.

Help! I forgot my password. What do I do?

Don’t fret. Click the “Forgot Password?” button beside the “Sign In” button. A link for a password reset will be sent to your email shortly.

How can I order from Karton?

To search for specific products, you can type the name of the product or the name of the seller or brand on the search bar. You may also browse our different product categories and sub-categories found on the header of the website. Once you’ve spotted a product that you’d like to buy, just click “Add to Kart”.

How will I know the status of my order?

Each time you complete an order, we will send an email that your order has been processed. We will also confirm your order by sending a message via SMS.

Where can I see my transactions?

Click the “Menu” button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Choose “Transaction History” from the drop-down list.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are processed and delivered by Karton.ph within 24 - 48 hours (1 - 2 working days), unless they are made to order.

How long do “made-to-order’ products take to be delivered?

“Made-to- order” products may take 72 - 96 hours (3 - 5 working days) to be delivered.

Does Karton deliver orders outside of Metro Manila?

For orders outside Metro Manila, you can fill out this Order Form:

After you have filled out the Order Form, please expect an email and/or an SMS message from us regarding details of your order, your Bill Total, and Payment Options.

What is your delivery schedule?

We deliver Mondays to Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

What is the delivery charge?

We charge a flat rate of Php150 delivery fee.

What are the payment methods available?

Currently, purchases can be made on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. For orders outside Metro Manila, payments can be made via bank transfer. We will soon be offering other payment options, such as credit cards and PayPal.

What is the process for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment?

COD implies paying the rider who delivers the products you have ordered. Please indicate during checkout what amount the rider should bring change for.

What are Karton’s return and exchange policies?

Returns and exchanges will be on a case-to-case basis. Only requests that concern unused/unconsumed products with packaging that has not been tampered with will be entertained.

How do I make a return and exchange?

You may send your request for return or exchange by email to support@karton.ph up to seven (7) days after delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been submitted, you may cancel your order by sending an email to support@karton.ph or sending a message at (+63) 917-84- 7342 or (+63) 998 584 0107.

Who handles the delivery of my products?

Karton handles the entire logistics process, from the pick-up to the delivery of your products. We have trusted logistics partners that deliver all sorts of goods from packaged to chilled to frozen. If you can make it, we can deliver it.

Does Karton pick-up and deliver products outside Metro Manila?

Currently, we do not pick up products outside Metro Manila, but we are now slowly expanding our reach in delivering to customers outside Metro Manila.

What is your delivery schedule?

We deliver every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

What is the delivery charge?

We charge a flat rate of Php 150 as a delivery fee, to be paid by the customer.

When will I get paid?

Sellers will be paid every 30 days starting when their initial item was purchased on Karton at the time that they have been active on the site. Payments will be deposited to the sellers’ account every 28 th of the month.
