Organic Sukang Iloko Hot and Spicy
Native Gourmet's Organic Sukang Iloko Hot and Spicy is made by mixing together sugarcane juice and the dried leaves, bark, and seeds of a medicinal plant called Samak, then fermenting this mixture in earthenware jars to produce a reddish alcoholic liquid. This liquid is converted slowly to an aromatic and mouth-watering dark liquid vinegar called Sukang Iloko. This century-old tradition is revived to bring back the authentic Sukang Iloko, in its truest and most flavorful form.
