Alotti & Oswald Smoked Fish Fillet by Kapeskin Enterprises was conceptualized in the summer of 2017 as a response to the lack of skinless fish fillet products in the market.

Inspired by global journeys, experiences, and discoveries, this smoked tilapia fillet in brine solution was born from pure personal preferences, yet it strives for perfection as an essential component of the traditional Filipino breakfast.

As it aims to expand its product line, Kapeskin Enterprises also hopes to maximize the use of various ingredients, especially from local farms, in the hope of uplifting the lives of those living in rural communities.
