What is Karton?

Karton is an online shop that provides a platform for Filipino entrepreneurs to sell their goods and share their stories online. Like a balikbayan box that transports a variety of goods from loved ones afar, we bring their products to your homes with timely care.

What kind of products does Karton carry?

We curate products that are artisanal and 100% Philippine-made. To begin, we are focused on food products but will expand to other product categories in the near future.

Do I need to register with Karton to make a transaction?

Yes, you need to register with Karton upon checking out. Your account details will be used to automatically fill your information for future transactions.

How do I register on Karton?

You can register via the "Sign Up" button found in the upper-right hand corner of the website. You can create an account using your email, Facebook, or Google account.

What are the benefits of having a Karton account?

As a valued Karton customer, you will be able to:
• Find unique Philippine-made products that have been carefully curated
• Enjoy a hassle-free online shopping experience with easy payment options, on-time delivery and efficient customer service
• Learn about the entrepreneurs behind the products that you love; their stories and their passion
• Receive updates on new products, trends, and promotions

How do I change my account details?

Once signed in, click the “Menu” button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Choose “My Profile” from the drop-down list. You will be redirected to your profile page, where you can edit all your account information.

How do I change my password?

Once signed in, click the “Menu” button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Choose “My Account” from the drop-down list. You will be redirected to your account security settings, where you can change your password.

Help! I forgot my password. What do I do?

Don’t fret. Click the “Forgot Password?” button beside the “Sign In” button. A link for a password reset will be sent to your email shortly.

How can I order from Karton?

To search for specific products, you can type the name of the product or seller on the search bar, or browse our different product categories. Once you’ve spotted a product that you’d like to buy, click “Add to Kart”.

How will I know the status of my order?

We will send you emails when your order has been processed and shipped.

Where can I see my transactions?

Click the “Menu” button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Choose “Transaction History” from the drop-down list.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are processed and delivered by Karton within 24 - 48 hours (1 - 2 days) unless they are made-to-order.

How long do “made-to-order’ products take to be delivered?

“Made-to-order” products may take 72 - 96 hours (3 - 5 days) to be delivered.

Does Karton deliver orders outside of Metro Manila?

Currently, we do not pick-up and deliver products outside Metro Manila. We plan to expand to other locations in the near future.

What is your delivery schedule?

We deliver every day from 10am to 10pm.

What is the delivery charge?

We charge a flat rate of Php99 as a delivery fee.

What are the payment methods available?

Currently, purchases can be made on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. We will soon be offering other payment options, such as credit cards and PayPal.

What is the process for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment?

COD implies paying the rider who delivers the product you ordered. Please indicate during checkout what amount the rider should bring change for.

What are Karton’s return and exchange policies?

Returns and exchanges will be on a case-to-case basis. Only requests that concern unused/unconsumed products with packaging that has not been tampered with will be entertained.

How do I make a return and exchange?

You may send your request for return or exchange by email to hello@karton.ph up to seven (7) days after delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been submitted, cancellation is not allowed.

Who handles the delivery of my products?

Karton handles the entire logistics process, from the pick-up to the delivery of your products. We have trusted logistics partners that deliver all sorts of goods from packaged to chilled to frozen. If you can make it, we can deliver it.

Does Karton pick-up and deliver products outside Metro Manila?

Currently, we do not pick-up and deliver products outside Metro Manila. We plan to expand to other locations in the near future.

What is your delivery schedule?

We deliver every day from 10am to 10pm.

We charge a flat rate of Php 99 as a delivery fee, to be paid by the customer.

When will I get paid?

Entrepreneurs will be paid every 30 days, starting when their initial item was purchased on Karton the time that they have been active on the site. Payments will be deposited to the entrepreneurs’ account.
